About MPSEA
For over forty years, the Madison Professional and Supervisory Employee Association (MPSEA) has been advocating on behalf of the professional and supervisory employees working at the City of Madison. MPSEA represents those individuals in Comp Groups 17, 18, 43, and 44, with the exception of Comp Group 17 Crossing Guards, which are represented by Local 6000. MPSEA advocates for our members on issues of wages, benefits, working conditions, and disciplinary hearings. We work in coalition with other employee organizations to inform City HR Staff, City leaders, and the community about the value that we bring to the City of Madison. MPSEA has grown in strength in recent years, even after the State of Wisconsin passed Act 10, and continues to work to ensure members are effectively represented. Membership in MPSEA is voluntary and is only $20 per year.
